United Abolitionists is proud to offer the Human Trafficking Awareness Series, a free, three-session community training series open to the public. Hosted at Venue on Lake Lily in Maitland with Rotary District 6980, the series offers practical training for anyone who wants to help protect their family and community.

Each session runs from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on a Wednesday evening, and refreshments will be provided. Sessions build on each other, but each stands on its own, so you are welcome to join any session with no prior attendance required. Come to one, two, or all three.

Session 1: See Something. Do Something.

Wednesday, October 7. Learn how to recognize human trafficking signals in Central Florida contexts, and exactly what to do when you see them.

Session 2: See How It Starts.

Wednesday, November 18. Explore the six mechanics that underlie human trafficking, revealed through two parallel scenarios you will work through at your table.

Session 3: Bring It Home.

Wednesday, December 9. Build a specific family safety plan for the people you love, just in time for the holidays.

Time:
