The Polaris Star Award Ceremony and Reception is an annual event that brings together individuals, organizations, businesses, and activists dedicated to combating human trafficking.

This prestigious ceremony, hosted by United Abolitionists, Inc. and UCF’s Center for the Study of Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery, honors and recognizes outstanding efforts and initiatives in the fight against modern-day slavery and exploitation.

In 2027, the 17th annual Polaris Star Awards will honor 19 individuals and organizations for their outstanding contributions to the fight against trafficking. The ceremony will be held in the Darden Auditorium, with a reception to follow in the Rosen College Courtyard and Disney Dining Room. All food and beverages are included in the ticket.
