I am incredibly excited to highlight the work of an artist who is very dear to United Abolitionists – Alex “Revel” Ruiz. Alex has always been a dedicated advocate for our cause, using his extraordinary talent to raise awareness and funds for the fight against human trafficking.
Alex is a performance painter based in Orlando, Florida, and his stunning works come to life in mere minutes. His latest piece is a powerful testament to the resilience and strength inherent in every victim of human trafficking. This mural, inspired by the movie “Sound of Freedom,” is not just a work of art, but a battle cry against the rampant and growing problem of child slavery.
To demonstrate his commitment to our cause, Alex has decided to auction this painting, with all proceeds benefiting United Abolitionists. These funds will directly contribute to our mission to rescue and shelter trafficked women and children throughout the United States.
